About Fabienne:

As a Certified Individual Coach, Trainer and Career Consultant, I will share with you my over 17 years’ experience in individual and organizational development. Moreover, I will help you to unleash your potential and tap into your inner resources for a fulfilled Life abroad and at work.

More about my background?

I started my profession in Europe before moving overseas in 2005 and expanding my career in Asia. Later, I founded Active Transition Coaching to help internationals and Expatriates in achieving their aspirations abroad and overcoming transition challenges.

To date, I have lived and worked in six countries (Belgium, France, Japan, Czech Republic, China and Thailand). Previously in Europe, I gained significant experience in Human Resources over the years, assisting both multinational and small- to medium-sized corporations while working in recruiting, talent management, career planning, outplacement, and competence management. Since my integration into Asian culture in 2005, I focus my work on coaching and accompanying expatriates, emerging leaders, middle managers and entrepreneurs, from different background and nationalities, with transition and career challenges.

I am an accredited ACC – Associate Certified Coach – by the International Coach Federation (ICF), certified practitioner of the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Cultural Orientations Framework assessments of Rosinski Cie, as well as a happy mother of 2 girls!

I coach in French (my native language) and English.

More about my coaching work and approaches?

My services include coaching on career transition, cross-cultural issues, providing leadership development, and helping expat spouses go back to work. I use individual coaching approaches as group coaching techniques. NLP, Positive Psychology, Coaching Oriented Solution are all part of my coaching soul.

More about my values and passion?

My passion lies in bringing the best out of each individual, reinforce strengths and manage deep professional change. I am also a fervent believer that group work is essential to change, and therefore I hold regular group workshops on skills development, cross cultural awareness and career transition, using effective self-coaching techniques. As a member of the International Coaching Community, I commit to support each other’s growth and promote excellence and self-reflections in coaching practice (The Shanghai Coaching Circle, Resilient Mind Bangkok).

More than talking about myself, I would like to talk about you, your passions, your intentions in life and your personal development goals. Contact me to schedule a first meeting at no charge.
